ROL

Supervisar y dirigir las actividades del equipo de seguridad operativa de red garantizando la protección de la infraestructura crítica de la región, incluyendo el monitoreo y análisis de tráfico y el desarrollo e implementación de políticas de seguridad en conjunto con el diseño de la arquitectura de seguridad de red de la región.Coordinar la operación del servicio, respondiendo eficazmente a incidentes de seguridad colaborando con el resto de departamentos para implementar las medidas de seguridad correspondientes.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL ROL

  • Coordinar la implementacion de herramientas y soluciones de seguridad de red, asegurando su correcta configuración y funcionamiento.
  • Coordinar la contratación y capacitación de nuevos miembros del equipo, asegurando que posean las habilidades necesarias.
  • Monitorear y analizar el tráfico de red para detectar y mitigar amenazas y vulnerabilidades.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de seguridad de red a largo plazo, alineada con los objetivos de la organización.
  • Desarrollar y mantener políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de red, garantizando el cumplimiento de las normativas y mejores prácticas.
  • Realizar auditorías internas y analisis de riesgos periódicos para identificar y corregir debilidades en la infraestructura de red.
  • Diseñar la arquitectura de seguridad de red para los firewalls de proteccion perimetral, url filtering, conexión remota, cloud y data center on premise & cloud.

PERFIL REQUERIDO

  • Estudios universitarios concluidos en: Ing. en Electrónica, Ing. en Redes, Ing. en Telecomunicaciones, Ing. en Sistemas o Afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares en áreas como: Network Security Operations, Arquitectura de Seguridad, Cloud o Afines.

  • Herramientas:

  • Palo Alto - Firewalls

  • Office 365

  • Herramientas de Planificación (Kanban /Service Now)

  • Conocimientos técnicos en:

  • Infraestructura física y virtual

  • Seguridad de la Información Education & Awareness
  • Seguridad en Cloud
  • Arquitectura de Seguridad de Red
  • Inglés avanzado
