About the role: Reports to A&H Manager, responsible for searching Group Life, Credit Life and Health business, directly or through Brokers, and to support distribution channels with A&H commercial strategies.

Responsible for establishing good relationships with Brokers and Sponsor, caring about attracting new accounts and looking for the increase in sales of different A&H lines of business.

• Main functions: Good knowledge of underwriting for A&H Insurance Products, underwriting process, risk analysis, pricing, claims process, communication, problem-solving, negotiating, operational support.
• Carries out techniques and strategies focused on Brokers with A&H specialization.
• Presents the final quote to the commercial team, negotiates policy conditions, provides technical advice, carries out negotiations with assistance providers.
• Defines and promotes business strategies focused on A&H products.

Requirements:

• Training: 3rd level degree in Business Administration or related careers.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in similar positions in areas such as underwriting.
• Minimum experience of 3–5 years as a commercial and underwriting executive or in a similar position in multinational insurance companies.
• Knowledge of consumer insurance products, high knowledge of English language, utilities: Advanced Excel.
• Ability to achieve sales and production goals, proper communication, listening skills and interpretation.
• Ease of dealing with rejection, efficient time management, persistent, ability to work as a team.
