Proxima is an international company with physical offices in the USA, the Dominican Republic, and Ecuador that offers outsourcing services for the insurance, banking, and technology industries.

Currently, we manage a B2B sales team for OYI INTERNATIONAL, a Hong Kong-based company specializing in fiber optics and telecommunications products. For 20 years, OYI has produced a wide range of products, including optical adapters, connectors, and various types of fiber optic cables. With a significant international presence in 143 countries, they are looking to expand their footprint in LATAM.

We are seeking experienced sales executives who can contact prospects, follow up, negotiate, and close deals, building a client portfolio for the company throughout Latin America.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential wholesale clients in the region.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Deliver personalized presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Lead contract negotiations.
  • Continuously build and manage a lead portfolio.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt sales strategies.
  • Track sales activities and provide revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and build long-term relationships.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B Sales, Commercial management and Telesales.
  • Minimum 3 years of verifiable B2B Sales work experience.
  • Excellent presence and communication skills.
  • Strong skills in writing sales emails and preparing presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish speaker with a neutral accent, as communication will be with clients across the Latin American and U.S. region.
  • Availability to travel within or outside the country if required.
  • Plus: Call center experience
