Your role as a Squad Leader extends beyond traditional leadership. You'll be the go-to-expert in your technology and service domain – guiding, motivating, and mentoring your squad to ensure the seamless delivery of services and initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams is paramount to achieving our business objectives and transforming requirements into strategic opportunities.

You will be at the forefront of service quality – dedicated to ensuring that your team not only meets but exceeds customer expectations while adhering to relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Managing escalations, engaging with customers, optimizing workflows and priorities, and efficiently handling backlogs will be second nature to you. You'll run Agile ceremonies – driving improvement in our delivery processes. Your determination to enhance squad outcomes is the catalyst for success.

As a Squad Leader, you'll be the bridge between business requirements and innovative solutions. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, you'll gain profound insights into their needs and translate them into strategies that push the boundaries of what's achievable. Required Skills and Experience

• More than seven years of experience in similar roles leading development teams.

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams for at least four years, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Advanced technical expertise in Terraform, cloud application development, and proficiency in various programming languages.

• Ability to integrate technical and business teams, facilitating effective communication between both.

• Experience in direct interaction with demanding clients, managing and ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries.

• Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Assertive communication skills, including writing, client-facing meetings, and executive presentations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize processes for smarter ways of working.

• Resilience and the ability to handle difficult situations and work under pressure to achieve results. Manage strategic commercial relationships.

• Experience managing internationally distributed and outsourced teams.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business or a related technical field.

Certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, CSM, or other relevant credentials.

Advanced English proficiency.
