BPO Andina is strengthening its 24/7 international monitoring operations from Guayaquil and looking for focused, reliable, and bilingual professionals to join our team.


Position:
SOC Monitor – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Work Mode:
On-site (Guayaquil, Ecuador )

Contract Type:
Full-time (Rotational Schedule)

Main Responsibilities
Monitor multiple network and security dashboards in real time.
Identify irregularities or alerts and escalate them to the cybersecurity team in the U.S.
Maintain detailed logs and daily reports in English and Spanish.
Ensure continuous monitoring and strict compliance with procedures and confidentiality rules.

Requirements
Final-year students or graduates in IT, Networking, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
Advanced English level (spoken and written – required).
Strong attention to detail, focus, and commitment.
Availability to work rotating and night shifts (24/7 operation).
Prior experience in monitoring, call centers, or help-desk environments is a plus.

Compensation

Base salary:
USD 625 per month.
Performance incentives and monthly bonuses based on reliability and results.
Legal employment contract under Ecuadorian labor law with full benefits.

Shift Schedule

3 rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage:
Morning: 07h00 – 15h00

Evening: 15h00 – 23h00

Night: 23h00 – 07h00

One person on duty per shift, with planned rest days according to rotation.
