We are seeking a high-energy, strategically-minded Brand & Growth Manager to oversee the expansion of a leading maternity influencer's platform.

This is not a "content creator" role—it is a leadership and results-driven position.

You will be responsible for scaling social media reach, securing top-tier media placements, managing high-level partnerships with medical experts, and overseeing the successful launch of digital products (App/Chatbot) and academic contributions (Journal Paper).

Key Responsibilities


  • Social Media Strategy & Growth Audit

Performance Oversight:
Audit existing accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and implement data-driven strategies to increase engagement and follower growth.

Trend Analysis:
Identify emerging maternity and parenting trends to keep the influencer at the forefront of the niche.

Team Liaison:
Brief the video editing team on high-performing formats and ensure all content aligns with the overall growth strategy.


  • PR & Media Relations

Media Outreach:
Pitch the influencer to major media outlets (TV, print, digital) as a subject matter expert.

Networking:
Build and maintain relationships with other high-profile influencers and public figures for collaborations.

Press Kit Management:
Maintain an up-to-date media kit and professional bio.


  • Expert Partnerships & Events

Event Production:
Organize and moderate live sessions, webinars, and physical events featuring world-class maternity experts (pediatricians, psychologists, etc.).

Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for guest experts and professional collaborators.


Special Projects:
Academic & Technical

Journal Publication:
Project manage the research, drafting, and submission process for a professional journal paper related to the influencer's niche.

Digital Product Lead:
Act as the "Product Owner" for the App and Chatbot development.

You will bridge the gap between the influencer's vision and the development team to ensure the final products meet user needs.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years in Brand Management, PR, or Senior Social Media Strategy (Experience in the maternity, health, or wellness sector is a major plus).


Communication:
Exceptional networking skills with the ability to "sell" a vision to media outlets and high-level professionals.

Project Management:
Proven ability to manage complex timelines involving technical teams (developers) and creative teams.

Academic Literacy:
Comfortable handling professional research and coordinating the publication process for academic or trade journals.

Growth Mindset:
A track record of significantly scaling social media accounts and digital presence.

Candidate Profile
You are a master connector who knows how to get into the right rooms.
You are highly organized and can switch from "Social Media Trends" to "App Development Roadmap" without missing a beat.
You understand the sensitivity and nuances of the maternity and parenting space.
Success Metrics
Percentage growth in total social media reach and engagement.
Number of features in "Major Media" outlets.
Successful delivery and launch of the App/Chatbot within the established timeline.
Submission and acceptance of the targeted journal paper.
