Realizar llamadas salientes a cuentas activas y antiguas que nunca han depositado, obtener cuentas nuevas, recuperar clientes inactivos y gestionar las transacciones declinadas de los depósitos de los clientes.

Recepción de llamadas entrantes.

Requisito indispensable:
Nivel minimo de ingles B2+


Responsabilidades:


Ofrecer un servicio especializado y cordial en atención al cliente vía telefónica siguiendo guiones de centro de atención telefónica a la hora de gestionar diferentes temas.

Conocer ampliamente la plataforma, reglas de la casa, el producto, sus beneficios, promociones, bonos, entre otras.
Conocer los métodos de depósitos y retiros de la página.

Tomar de llamadas para brindar un excelente Servicio al Cliente siempre cumpliendo con los procesos informados y los mayores estándares de cortesía.

Gestionar un gran volumen de llamadas, tanto entrantes como salientes.

Verificar la identidad de los clientes siguiendo los procedimientos de la compañía antes de hablar de cualquier cuenta, producto o información.

Revisar y verificar que la información del cliente sea precisa dentro de la plataforma MIDAS.

Resolver inconvenientes, dudas y solicitudes de los clientes a través de tiquetes y darle seguimiento hasta que se concluya el caso.

Compilar Reporte de Recepción de Llamadas de manera diaria para llevar un control del motivo de contacto.
Efectuar Llamadas de cancelación de tarjeta de crédito cumpliendo con el procedimiento adecuado y actualizar el reporte correspondiente.
Brindar soporte especializado en procesos y operaciones cotidianas.
Realizar el reporte diario con el registro del total de llamadas y chats.
Entender toda la información que se brinda al cliente.
Trabajar con sus mejores potenciales en las colas de llamadas asignadas.
Traer nuevos clientes a la empresa desde listas de clientes inactivos.
Realizar cualquier otra tarea inherente al cargo que le sea asignada.


Requisitos:
Bachillerato.
Bilingüe B2+
Experiencia de tres años en telemarketing, servicio al cliente, call center o similares.
Conocimiento intermedio del paquete de office, especialmente Excel.
Disponibilidad de horarios.
