In A&K Mexico we are in search of a MICE & Groups Specialist, for our office in Mexico City.

Key responsibilities:
- Client acquisition & relationship management: Lead MICE and Group enquiries for Mexico, building strong client relationships and representing A&K Mexico in all commercial interactions.
- Program design & sales cycle: Develop tailored proposals aligned with A&K global MICE standards and manage the full sales process from lead to closure.
- Supplier engagement & program fulfilment: Coordinate key suppliers, logistics and operations handover to ensure seamless program delivery.
- On-site support: Attend site operations, events, and FAM trips where required to guarantee program excellence and client satisfaction.
Required skills and capabilities:
- Professional expertise: Proven experience designing, pricing and delivering MICE or Group programs, with strong negotiation, supplier management, CRM skills and in-depth knowledge of Mexican destinations.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, a proactive and solutions-driven mindset and the ability to perform under pressure in client-facing environments.
- Education and experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in MICE or group travel, with a background in tourism, hospitality, or business and experience working with international clients.
Working conditions and requirements:
- Hybrid work model (office + remote when needed).
- Travel within Mexico for site inspections, product development and on-site event support.
- Occasional weekend or evening work during peak event periods.
- Represent A&K Mexico at trade shows, events and familiarisation trips.
