Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef de Partie based in Dubai.

The Chef de Partie will oversee their designated kitchen section, manage food preparation and plating, and ensure food quality and consistency.

The role involves supervising junior kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and inventory management.

The Chef de Partie will play a critical role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring that all dishes meet the establishment's high standards.

Qualifications
Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Ability to supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
Menu planning, inventory management, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Culinary certification or related qualification is a plus
All Visa and travel expenses will be covered by the employer. Accommodation, on-duty meals and transportation form part of the competitive package offered.
