Descripción de la ofertaDefine and execute the commercial strategy for Spain and Portugal, with a strong focus on sales growth, customer development and market penetration.
Lead and actively support the sales organization, setting targets, coaching the team and driving performance.Develop and manage relationships with key distributors, wholesalers and strategic accounts, acting as a senior commercial contact.
Identify new business opportunities, channels and partnerships to expand market presence.
Drive pricing, promotional and trade marketing strategies, in close collaboration with marketing and product teams.
Monitor sales performance, pipelines and forecasts, ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets.
Strengthen brand visibility and execution at point of sale, including merchandising concepts, product launches and sales tools.
Gather and analyze market and customer insights to influence product development and commercial priorities.
Own the commercial budget and sales-related P&L, ensuring profitable growth.
Represent the company at major customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events.
Perfil del candidato
University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
8-10 years of commercial leadership experience, ideally in B2B environments within tools, hardware, construction, building materials or related industries.
Proven track record in driving sales growth, managing key accounts and developing distribution networks.
Experience leading and motivating sales teams in a results-driven environment.
Previous experience in the painting sector (products, tools, coatings or related markets) will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation skills and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent analytical capabilities with a clear focus on performance and execution.
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
