We're seeking a
Full Stack Engineer
in
Quito
to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

You Will

  • Design and develop full stack web applications using C#, and modern front-end technologies.
  • Architect and manage AWS-based cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Implement and optimize MariaDB (MySQL) database solutions.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers and consultants.
  • Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, and security.
  • Support DevOps and CI/CD processes for efficient and reliable delivery.

Ideally, We'd Like

  • 3-5 years of experience as a full stack developer or technical consultant.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with:
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) (EC2, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
  • C# / .NET Core
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (Angular).
  • MariaDB / MySQL – schema design, performance tuning, replication, etc.
  • Solid understanding of modern web development practices (REST APIs, MVC, microservices).
  • Proven experience delivering scalable and secure web applications.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
