As a Virtual Trip Support Consultant, you will support clients throughout their travel journey—from initial planning to post-trip follow-up. Your role is to ensure every detail is managed smoothly while providing guidance, timely updates, and reassurance before, during, and after each trip.   • Gather feedback after travel and address any concerns with professionalism.
