As a Virtual Trip Support Consultant, you will support clients throughout their travel journey—from initial planning to post-trip follow-up. Your role is to ensure every detail is managed smoothly while providing guidance, timely updates, and reassurance before, during, and after each trip. You will help travelers feel confident, informed, and supported at every stage of their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.

• Assist with itinerary updates, changes, and cancellations.

• Confirm travel details and proactively follow up on upcoming trips.

• Gather feedback after travel and address any concerns with professionalism.
