We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing team and support the development of visual assets for the Ecuador market.

This role plays a key part in creating graphic materials, audiovisual content, and animations, ensuring visual consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in graphic design, combined with solid knowledge of video production, photography, and motion graphics, and is capable of executing projects from concept to final delivery.

Responsibilities:
Generate the creative strategy and ideas based on Marketing demand.
Design and develop graphic assets for digital and offline campaigns (social media, banners, presentations, printed materials).
Video editing (must) and production, including post-production, script ideas, basic planning and filming.
Create motion graphics for social media, explainers, and campaign content.
Produce photographic content for products, lifestyle, and events (nice to have).
Adapt regional and global campaigns to local market needs.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams.
Manage timelines and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all materials.


Requirements:
Degree or technical background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
Strong command of

Adobe Creative Suite:
Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.

Solid knowledge of:
Video production and editing, Photography (composition, basic lighting, retouching), Motion graphics.
Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
Portfolio demonstrating experience in design, video, and motion.
Good English communication


Plus:
Knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar).
Experience in creative agency or working with consumer brands, technology, or commercial campaigns.
Basic understanding of visual storytelling.
Experience working with regional or global brand guidelines.
