Key Responsibilities:
1.Market strategy formulation and execution: Responsible for formulating technical marketing strategies, planning market entry, and achieving annual business objectives for the South American market, with Brazil as the core.
2.Customer development and relationship management: independently develop and maintain high-level technical and business relationships with national oil companies in South America (such as Petrobras), international oil and gas companies, and important partners.
3.Technical solution sales: Lead the design, value demonstration, technical promotion, and business negotiation of technical solutions tailored to customer needs, and facilitate project signing and implementation.
4.Cross-departmental collaborative leadership: Lead and coordinate the internal teams responsible for technology, research and development, project delivery, and supply chain, ensuring efficient collaboration throughout the entire process from scheme design to delivery.
5.Market intelligence and competitive analysis: Gain deep insights into South American oil and gas industry policies, market trends, and competitor dynamics, providing crucial input for the company's strategic decision-making.
Qualification:
Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above in petroleum engineering, oil and gas field development, or related majors.
Work Experience: Possess over 5 years of work experience in the oil and gas technology field, with at least 3 years of technical sales or technical marketing management experience specifically targeting the international market.
Industry resources: Possessing a mature customer network and partner resources in the oil and gas industry in South America
Professional skills: Proficient in using Office software; have a deep understanding of numerical simulation software such as Eclipse/CMG.
Language proficiency: Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language; proficiency in Portuguese is preferred, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Priority: Candidates with experience in expanding international markets for internationally renowned oil and gas companies are preferred.
