En NexTI Business Solutions seguimos expandiendo nuestro Centro IA y buscamos un(a) Hyperautomation Developer capaz de combinar RPA, automatización inteligente y tecnologías de Inteligencia Artificial avanzada (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, OCR inteligente, NLP, etc.).

Buscamos un perfil Senior, capaz de diseñar, construir y desplegar soluciones inteligentes utilizando:

RPA tradicional (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere)
IA generativa + LLMs
Integraciones avanzadas (APIs, orquestadores, microservicios)
Plataformas cloud
Automatización inteligente E2E


Conocimientos requeridos:
Desarrollo y orquestación de bots en: UiPath, Power Platform (Power Automate), Automation Anywhere o Blue Prism.
Manejo de colas, excepciones, REFramework, OCR y automatización atendida/no atendida
Experiencia programando en Python, C#, .NET o JavaScript.
Integración con APIs REST y manejo de JSON/XML.
Git, patrones de diseño, arquitectura limpia.

Experiencia o dominio práctico en:
Embeddings (OpenAI, Ada, BGE, local embeddings, etc.)
Bases vectoriales (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, ChromaDB)
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Chunking (estrategias por tokens, semántica, ventanas deslizantes)
Fine-tuning / Instrucción tuning en modelos LLM (LLaMA, Mistral, GPT, Qwen u otros)
Integración de modelos IA en flujos RPA
Prompt engineering y prompt chaining
Implementación de asistentes inteligentes para procesos corporativos
OCR avanzado (Document AI, Azure Form Recognizer, ABBYY)
Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL o MySQL
Conexión de LLMs con bases transaccionales y analíticas
Disponibilidad de viaje dentro y fuera del Pais.

Conocimientos deseables:
Process Mining / Task Mining (Celonis, UiPath)
Arquitectura de microservicios y contenedores (Docker, AKS, ECS)

Servicios cloud:
Azure, AWS, GCP

Implementación de pipelines de IA (MLOps / AIOps)
Experiencia en banca, cooperativas o seguros

Modalidad:
Presencial 100% en la ciudad de Quito
