We're Hiring: Senior Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale industrial and agro-industrial projects, from engineering review through construction, commissioning, start-up, and handover to Operations.

This role is key to ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery, compliance with technical, environmental, and biosecurity standards, and long-term operational and financial sustainability.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the full project lifecycle: engineering, construction, commissioning, and start-up
  • Ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and approved CAPEX
  • Manage contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Control risks, costs, timelines, quality, and change management
  • Lead commissioning and support a smooth transition to Operations



Requisitos


What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
  • Master's degree or MBA
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial and/or agro-industrial projects
  • Proven experience managing large CAPEX projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management best practices and CAPEX cost control
  • English level B2
