About The Role


We are looking for a highly skilled Web-Based Programmer / Developer / Data Expert to design and build interactive web tools and applications that empower our coaching program members to easily input, manipulate, analyze, and visualize their data.


This role bridges web development and data analysis — ideal for someone who enjoys creating smart, user-friendly tools that turn complex data into clear insights.

Responsibilities

Data Integration & Manipulation:

Import, clean, and structure data from various sources (CSV, Excel, APIs, databases, etc.) to make it usable across different tools and systems.


Web Application Development:

Design and develop responsive web-based applications that allow users to enter data, perform advanced calculations, and generate visual reports.


Data Visualization & Reporting:

Build dashboards and interactive visualizations that track user progress and present key metrics in a clear and engaging way.

Enable users to export data and reports in multiple formats (Excel, PDF, etc.).

Automation & Connectivity:
Create integrations between tools and automate data flows (e.g., connect forms, databases, and reporting systems).

Collaboration & Maintenance:

Work closely with our coaching and product teams to understand requirements, implement new features, and continuously improve the tools' performance and usability.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Web Developer, Data Engineer, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or other web programming languages.
Experience with frameworks such as React, , Flask, or Django.
Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Experience with data analysis and data visualization (e.g., , , Plotly).
Familiarity with APIs, data automation, and system integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
