Location:
Quito, Ecuador – On-site, with occasional field work

We're looking for an Executive Assistant who can jump from an Excel sheet to a motorcycle without drama.

You'll work directly with top management at a well-known adventure tourism company focused on dual-sport motorcycles, helping keep the day-to-day running smoothly: office, clients, and routes.

What you'll do
Support logistics for operations, tours, and activities when needed. Sometimes the fastest solution shows up on a bike.
Prepare simple reports for management (operations, reservations, payments, etc.).
Act as a bridge between management, suppliers, and international clients.
Must-haves
Good spoken and written English to communicate with international clients.
Confident, safe rider of manual-transmission motorcycles from 650cc and up (not just scooters).
Valid Type A motorcycle license in Ecuador.
Organized, proactive, and able to handle deadlines without panicking.
Availability to work on-site in Quito and support field work when required.
Nice to have
Experience in tourism, rentals, logistics, or operations.
Experience working with foreign clients.
Basic knowledge of booking systems, CRM tools, or online payment platforms.
