Propósito del rol:  Lead the identification, evaluation and adoption of world-class artificial intelligence strategy, initiatives and tools to enable the AI First transformation of the Company.

Funciones Clave:

• Lead the AI Tool Adoption strategy to identify artificial intelligence solutions with high potential impact on efficiency, growth, and compliance.
• Establish strategic partnerships with leading and emerging providers within the global AI ecosystem, aligned with Kushki's business priorities.
• Design a structured AI tool evaluation process, combining technical analysis, integration feasibility, and expected return on investment.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating technological capabilities into actionable solutions.
• Govern AI adoption, privacy, and compliance processes, in coordination with Security, Legal, and the AI Committee.
• Facilitate AI literacy across the organization through workshops, coaching, and ongoing support for other areas.
• AI Tool Support and Operational Management: Budget and cost management (licenses, API tokens, etc.).
• Support for AI tools and operational management of AI tools

• Coordinate with functional areas (Finance, Risk, Product, Operations, Legal, etc.) to identify critical use cases and facilitate the adoption of technological solutions that accelerate their transformation.
• Coordinate proof-of-concept (PoC/PoV) initiatives to validate the added value of each solution, aligning success metrics with the company's strategic objectives.
• Govern a portfolio of AI technology opportunities, prioritized by impact, maturity, and alignment with the enterprise architecture and the AI-First roadmap.
• Ensure that the adoption of new technologies complies with regulatory frameworks, security standards, and Kushki's data governance policies.
• Communicate results, learnings, and recommendations to the AI Committee and the executive team, enabling informed decisions regarding the adoption, scaling, or discontinuation of technologies.
  
  

Requerimientos:

• Experience with hands-on AI projects, partnerships with leading AI companies, experience with AI product development and AI roadmaps. 
• Previous / existing partnerships with large tech companies
• Technical Depth:
  Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools, as well as deploying AI solutions in complex environments.
• Leadership and Communication:
  Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking:
  A vision for how AI can drive business growth and the ability to execute on that vision effectively.
• Project Management:
  Proven ability to oversee complex projects and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with implementation of technical projects (preferably AI) in medium - large organizations
• Organizational Influence:
  Capability to drive change, influence decision-making, and foster collaboration across departments.
• Bilingual (spanish, english)
