Role Purpose

Lead the identification, evaluation, and adoption of world-class artificial intelligence strategies, initiatives, and tools to enable the Company's AI-First transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the AI tool adoption strategy to identify artificial intelligence solutions with high potential impact on efficiency, growth, and compliance.

Establish strategic partnerships with leading and emerging providers within the global AI ecosystem, aligned with Kushki's business priorities.
Design a structured AI tool evaluation process, combining technical analysis, integration feasibility, and expected return on investment.
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating technological capabilities into actionable solutions.
Govern AI adoption, privacy, and compliance processes, in coordination with Security, Legal, and the AI Committee.
Facilitate AI literacy across the organization through workshops, coaching, and ongoing support for other areas.

AI Tool Support and Operational Management:
Budget and cost management (licenses, API tokens, etc.).
Support and operational management of AI tools.

Coordinate with functional areas (Finance, Risk, Product, Operations, Legal, etc.) to identify critical use cases and facilitate the adoption of technological solutions that accelerate their transformation.

Coordinate proof-of-concept (PoC/PoV) initiatives to validate the added value of each solution, aligning success metrics with the company's strategic objectives.

Govern a portfolio of AI technology opportunities, prioritized by impact, maturity, and alignment with the enterprise architecture and the AI-First roadmap.

Ensure that the adoption of new technologies complies with regulatory frameworks, security standards, and Kushki's data governance policies.

Communicate results, learnings, and recommendations to the AI Committee and the executive team, enabling informed decisions regarding the adoption, scaling, or discontinuation of technologies.

Requirements
Experience with hands-on AI projects, partnerships with leading AI companies, AI product development, and AI roadmaps.
Previous or existing partnerships with large technology companies.
Technical Depth
Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools, as well as deploying AI solutions in complex environments.
Leadership and Communication
Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking
A clear vision of how AI can drive business growth and the ability to execute that vision effectively.
Project Management
Proven ability to oversee complex projects and manage competing priorities.
Experience implementing technical projects (preferably AI) in medium to large organizations.
Organizational Influence
Ability to drive change, influence decision-making, and foster collaboration across departments.
Bilingual (Spanish and English).
