We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support our growing team.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Process invoices and ensure timely payments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Support general accounting and bookkeeping functions


Qualifications:
Proven experience with QuickBooks (required)
Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
