Requisitos:
Estudiante universitario/a o graduado en Literatura, Educación, Humanidades, Artes o Bibliotecología.
Conocimiento en atención a usuarios, sistemas bibliotecarios, mediación lectora, talleres y manejo de colecciones.
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en entornos educativos o empresariales.
Habilidad para coordinar grupos, fomentar la lectura y generar experiencias participativas.


Principales funciones:
Atender y acompañar a usuarios internos y externos.
Apoyar en la gestión operativa y circulación bibliográfica.
Desarrollar actividades de mediación lectora y promoción cultural.
Colaborar en el montaje logístico de talleres, eventos y actividades culturales en la ludobiblioteca.
