We're Hiring: Bilingual Sales Supervisor- GYE (100% English Profiency)
About the Role:
As our Bilingual Sales Supervisor, you'll lead and motivate our sales team to deliver outstanding results. You'll be responsible for performance tracking, coaching, and ensuring smooth operations, all in English, as this role requires full communication abilities with our English-speaking clients and teams.
Location: Guayaquil, Ecuador
Work Mode: On-site
What You'll Do:
- Supervise and guide a team of sales agents to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and product training.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Management or a related field.
- English fluency (C1+ or higher).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience in sales or call center environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales team management skills.
