What your day will look like:

  • Develop the assigned sales territory for company products
  • Discover and track opportunities, follow up and distribute leads to partners
  • Visit Customers/partners/consultants at their premises
  • Manage forecasts and achieve quotas
  • Identify customer needs, respond to RFIs, RFQs, prepare quotes and write proposals
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication with Customers and MRs
  • Monitor and report satisfaction levels from customers, integrators, consultants
  • Coordinate customer, integrator, consultant training
  • Update and maintain data in CRM or other applications
  • Acquire, maintain, and report adequate knowledge of product, market, and competition
  • Stay abreast of the products, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical services

More about you:

  • Interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels
  • Technical knowledge or specialty knowledge in Access Control, Video, Video Analytics, or Cloud Architecture
  • Experience managing technical pre-sales processes with a team of sales professionals
  • Enthusiastic, self-starter with a charismatic personality
  • Strong desire to grow professionally
  • Networking skills (mandatory)

Great if you have:

  • Previous experience with Genetec Security Center
  • Previous experience designing enterprise access control and video solutions
  • Knowledge in Azure and AWS cloud storage
  • Advanced knowledge in networking technology and architecture
  • Certifications for Microsoft, Security Engineering, Cyber Security, Networking or Project Management

Cómo será tu día a día:

  • Desarrollar el territorio de ventas asignado para los productos de la empresa
  • Descubrir y rastrear oportunidades, dar seguimiento y distribuir clientes potenciales a los socios
  • Visitar a clientes, socios y consultores en sus instalaciones
  • Gestionar previsiones y alcanzar cuotas
  • Identificar las necesidades de los clientes, responder a solicitudes de información y presupuestos, preparar cotizaciones y redactar propuestas
  • Coordinar y facilitar la comunicación con clientes y representantes de ventas
  • Supervisar e informar sobre los niveles de satisfacción de los clientes, integradores y consultores
  • Coordinar la formación de clientes, integradores y consultores
  • Actualizar y mantener los datos en CRM u otras aplicaciones
  • Adquirir, mantener e informar sobre los conocimientos adecuados sobre el producto, el mercado y la competencia
  • Mantenerse al día sobre los productos, las aplicaciones, los servicios técnicos, las condiciones del mercado, las actividades de la competencia, la publicidad y las tendencias promocionales mediante la lectura de literatura pertinente y la consulta con los servicios de marketing y técnicos

  • Habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y capacidad para comunicarse con partes interesadas de diferentes niveles
  • Conocimientos técnicos o especializados en control de acceso, vídeo, análisis de vídeo o arquitectura en la nube
  • Experiencia en la gestión de procesos técnicos de preventa con un equipo de profesionales de ventas
  • Entusiasta, con iniciativa y personalidad carismática
  • Fuerte deseo de crecer profesionalmente
  • Habilidades para establecer contactos (obligatorio)

Genial si tienes:

  • Experiencia previa con Genetec Security Center
  • Experiencia previa en el diseño de soluciones de control de acceso y vídeo para empresas
  • Conocimientos sobre almacenamiento en la nube de Azure y AWS
  • Conocimientos avanzados sobre tecnología y arquitectura de redes
  • Certificaciones de Microsoft, ingeniería de seguridad, ciberseguridad, redes o gestión de proyectos
