About the Role:

We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst with a generalist profile, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a genuine passion for talent development. This role will support various stages of the employee lifecycle and contribute to initiatives that strengthen talent attraction, learning, employee well-being, and the overall employee experience within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Support hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes according to business needs.
• Participate in recruitment and selection activities, including posting job openings, screening candidates, administering assessments, and conducting competency-based interviews.
• Coordinate and support training and development programs for employees.
• Assist in the implementation of well-being, culture, and employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain, organize, and update employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Communicate and manage employee updates related to benefits, changes, and payroll processes in coordination with the responsible parties.
• Collaborate in the preparation and basic analysis of HR reports and indicators.
• Provide support across HR initiatives and processes focused on continuous improvement and employee experience.

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources roles (internships or work experience).
• Advanced English (interview will be conducted in English)
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong interest in talent development, employee well-being, and organizational culture.
