MISIÓN

Gestionar junto con el Sales Manager la apertura de nuevos mercados, aplicando estrategias enfocadas a penetración de mercado que impliquen una gestión integral de prospección especializada orientada al perfil de empresas que son potenciales clientes reales de nuestra herramienta, generación de citas, presentación del servicio, cierre de negocios.

FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO

ATRACCIÓN DE CLIENTES NUEVOS

  • Prospectar clientes potenciales de basado en los criterios de sectores de industria, número de empleados, nivel de contacto, tipos de perfiles que evalúa o contratan, entre otros. Para esto existe una meta mensual mínima de prospección que garantice el cumplimiento mínimo de citas mensuales asignadas en los indicadores.
  • Generar citas para presentación del servicio con los líderes, directivos o gerentes de las áreas de recursos humanos, sobre todo con los responsables de Reclutamiento y Selección.
  • Presentar la empresa, servicios y diferentes módulos, apalancándose de un conocimiento previo de cada cliente de manera especializada y enfocada, generando un impacto en cada cita.
  • Mantener actualizada la información sobre la gestión comercial en las herramientas designadas para ese fin CRM, y otros que sean requeridos por el jefe inmediato.
  • Cumplir con el presupuesto mensual de ventas, prospección, citas, demos, asignados por el jefe inmediato.

OBJETIVOS:

Crecer en cantidad de clientes en cada país y tener la mayor participación en clientes TOP de cada país.
