Buscamos Country Manager con visión estratégica, innovación, planificación, orientación a resultados, excelente manejo de relaciones interpersonales, negociación, trabajo en equipo y liderazgo.

Funciones:

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de la misión social de la organización.
  • Diseñar el plan estratégico anual y determinar el impacto económico de cada unidad de negocio.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos clínicos, comerciales, económicos y de impacto social.
  • Diseñar y desarrollar estrategias tendientes a incrementar la rentabilidad y participación en el mercado nacional e internacional.
  • Supervisar la planificación y ejecución de las estrategias y acciones de comercialización de la empresa.
  • Realizar la administración global de las actividades de la empresa, buscando su mejoramiento organizacional, clínico y financiero.
  • Coordinar y controlar la ejecución y seguimiento al cumplimiento del plan estratégico.
  • Controlar y supervisar los reportes financieros, comparando resultados reales con los presupuestados.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de metas y obligaciones con aliados estratégicos.
  • Desarrollar una cultura organizacional centrada en la satisfacción de las personas.
  • Mantener la comunicación activa sobre planes y mejoras a toda la organización



Requisitos

  • Estudios: Título de Tercer Nivel (ideal en Odontología). Deseable Maestría en Administración, Marketing, Gerencia Hospitalaria, Calidad Hospitalaria.
  • Experiencia: mínimo 5 años de experiencia gerenciando en áreas de salud dental, clínicas u hospitalarias.
  • Conocimientos: gestión dental, gestión de hospitales, calidad en salud, gestión de empresas. Deseable: acerca de startups, impacto social, innovación.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Excel intermendio-avanzado
