Role Description

We're looking for a
Junior Graphic & Multimedia Designer
to join our creative team in Quito – Cumbayá. This role is hands-on: you'll be directly responsible for producing and editing visual content across formats—graphics, social media assets and, ideally, photography and
video
. You'll collaborate closely with our strategy and content teams to bring campaigns to life, ensuring visual consistency and emotional resonance.

We value curiosity and innovation: if you're interested in
AI tools for design and content creation (Gemini, MidJourney, Nano Banana, etc.)
, that's a big plus. Strong English skills are also important, since much of our material and collaboration involves international projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and edit graphic assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Produce and edit videos, including basic motion graphics.
  • Create multimedia content using tools like Canva and CapCut for agile delivery.
  • Contribute to photo editing and, when possible, photography for projects.
  • Explore and experiment with AI tools to enhance creative workflows.
  • Maintain organized design files and ensure clarity in creative processes.
  • Collaborate with strategists and content creators to align visuals with messaging.

Qualifications

Technical Skills (Required):

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with Canva and CapCut for quick-turn content.
  • Portfolio showcasing graphic design and multimedia work.
  • English skills (reading, writing, communication).
  • Basic experience with AI tools (Gemini, Firefly, MidJourney, etc.).

Technical Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
  • Photography skills (shooting and editing).

Soft Skills & Mindset:

  • Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow professionally.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and passion for storytelling.

Education:

Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field. We love working with people who think like builders.

This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who's passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment
