Design and develop scalable software systems using Java or Python
Participate in the development and integration of AI Agents and LLM-based architectures (e.g., GPT, Claude, open-source frameworks)
Define and implement software architectures and design patterns
Build and maintain end-to-end testing pipelines to ensure software quality
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation across environments
Apply TDD (Test-Driven Development) methodologies in core components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, business analysts, and AI specialists
Required Qualifications
Degree in Computer Engineering or a closely related field
Proven experience in object-oriented design and SOLID principles
Hands-on experience building and maintaining robust software architectures
Working knowledge of software lifecycle, agile methods, and version control
Desirable Experience
Integration of LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, or similar) into backend systems
Use of prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (especially serverless components like Cloud Functions, Firestore, Pub/Sub)
Familiarity with Spring Boot, MongoDB, and SQL databases
Exposure to QA automation frameworks, unit/integration testing

Strong critical thinking and architecture-first mindset
Excellent communication and technical articulation skills
A proactive learner, curious about new tools and emerging AI trends
Ability to work independently while contributing to collaborative team goals
