Role Description

We are seeking full-time Call Center Executives for our on-site operation at BPOAndina in Guayaquil. The position involves managing customer service, technical, and general inquiries, providing clear and effective solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent service quality.

This role requires availability for rotating schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shifts after 7:00 p.m., according to operational needs.

  • QualificationsCurrently pursuing or graduated in Systems Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related technical fields.
  • Strong technical support and customer service skills, with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to end users.
  • Solid computer literacy, including the ability to work across multiple systems, platforms, and databases simultaneously.
  • Experience or familiarity with technical support environments, including hardware, software, network, or connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with payment processing devices, POS terminals, gateways, or fintech platforms is highly valued.
  • Experience using CRMs, ticketing systems, VoIP platforms, and help desk or support tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow technical procedures, security standards, and compliance guidelines, particularly in payment or financial environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced operational environment.
  • Previous experience in call centers, technical support, IT support, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Advanced English fluency (C1) is mandatory — spoken and written.
  • Important NotesRotating schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shifts after 7:00 p.m., are mandatory.
  • All applicable legal surcharges are fully paid, plus additional bonuses and transportation allowance.
