We're Hiring:
Senior English Teacher

Are you an experienced English teacher passionate about designing engaging classes for adult learners? Are you committed to high teaching standards and collaborating closely with a team?


At Home Speak, we are looking for a dedicated English Teacher with proven classroom experience, excellent communication skills, and a professional approach to teaching.


Location:
On-site – Quito


Schedule:
Full-time


Your role will include:
Teaching English to adult students through dynamic, communicative, and student-centered methodology.
Actively contributing to the maintenance and improvement of teaching standards.
Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on student progress to drive outcomes.
Providing guidance and support to fellow teachers through mentoring and peer feedback.
Collaborating with the teaching team on academic coordination, including schedule planning.

We're looking for someone who has:
At least 3 years of experience teaching English to adults
C1+ level English certification (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent)
Confidence using digital tools (Google Suite, Excel, Kahoot, Canva)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience supporting or guiding other teachers
