Buscamos un/a Influencer & Creators Manager para el equipo Digital de Ogilvy Ecuador, cuya meta principal es construir, gestionar y optimizar ecosistemas de creators e influencers alineados a los objetivos de marca, audiencias y contextos culturales, utilizando data como base para la toma de decisiones.

El rol se enfoca en identificar talento relevante, analizar su performance y articular colaboraciones integradas que conecten contenido, medios y estrategia, priorizando impacto real y aprendizaje continuo.

Qué hará
Liderar el scouting estratégico de creators e influencers, evaluando afinidad, calidad de audiencia, engagement y desempeño histórico.
Analizar data de performance de campañas con influencers para detectar aprendizajes, oportunidades y optimizaciones.
Diseñar y gestionar ecosistemas integrados de influencers, combinando contenido orgánico, paid amplification y otros puntos del consumer journey.
Definir, medir y dar seguimiento a KPIs de influencer marketing (alcance, engagement, performance, afinidad, impacto en marca).
Monitorear tendencias de plataformas, formatos, conversación cultural y evolución del creator economy.
Realizar benchmarks de creators, categorías y mejores prácticas del mercado.
Traducir métricas y resultados en recomendaciones claras para estrategia, contenido y medios.
Trabajar en conjunto con equipos de Estrategia, Contenido, Medios, Creatividad y Data.
Qué buscamos
2–4 años de experiencia en influencer marketing, creator economy o gestión de contenidos digitales.
Experiencia en scouting de influencers y análisis de audiencias.
Conocimiento en métricas de performance y lectura crítica de data digital.
Experiencia trabajando con plataformas de social media, influencer tools o dashboards de medición.
Capacidad para integrar data con criterio creativo y entendimiento del negocio.
Perfil
Curioso/a, analítico/a y con sensibilidad cultural.
Pensamiento estratégico, con foco en ecosistemas y no en acciones aisladas.
Orden, criterio y capacidad de priorización.
Buen trabajo en equipo multidisciplinario y comunicación clara.
Condiciones
Híbrido – Freelance (3 días presencial / 2 remoto)
Lunes a viernes, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
