Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Quality Manager with experience in laboratory analysis, process statistics, and quality management system audits. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing SOPs, ensuring compliance with training programs, and managing audit findings. Additionally, they will participate in projects to reduce quality losses, update KPI information, and implement TPM tools.

Requirements

We require a degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field and 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. Technical knowledge of quality management, laboratory analysis, and process statistics is essential. Competencies in achievement orientation, analytical thinking, staff leadership, problem resolution, and decision-making are also required.
