About the Role:

As a
SALES SUPERVISOR
, you'll guide our night shift team to success—tracking performance, optimizing operations, and empowering agents to exceed their goals in a high-energy sales environment.

Location:
Guayaquil, Ecuador

Work Mode:
On-site

Shift:
Overnight (22h00 - 07h00)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise agents to ensure achievement of sales indicators and team goals.
  • Manage shift schedules and update shift rosters
  • Generate performance reports
  • Provide coaching and feedback on product and process knowledge
