The Marketing Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, consistently, and to the highest standard.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role ensures that marketing deliverables, campaigns, and client expectations are met on time—every time.
Position Overview:
You are a process builder at heart. You excel at bringing structure to complexity, organizing information, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You thrive in fast-moving environments and are energized by managing deadlines, coordinating teams, and ensuring marketing work is delivered with accuracy, polish, and consistency.
You're analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at transforming ambiguous requests into clear workflows and measurable KPIs. You take ownership, anticipate risks, communicate proactively, and elevate the quality and efficiency of the teams you support.In this role, you will be the operational backbone for marketing execution—developing processes, tracking deliverables, and coordinating across teams to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and KPIs are achieved.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Client Services, Product, Data, and our Center of Excellence/Customer Support to translate client requirements into actionable marketing tasks and structured workflows.
Responsibilities:
Build, document, and continuously improve marketing processes, templates, checklists, and workflows.
Develop project plans for marketing deliverables (campaigns, communications, assets, launches) and ensure deadlines are met.
Track deliverables from request → production → review → approvals → client delivery.
Ensure all marketing content meets brand standards, compliance requirements, and quality expectations.
Maintain alignment between Marketing and Client teams by clarifying requirements, timelines, dependencies, and KPIs.
Monitor, report on, and improve performance metrics for marketing initiatives.
Manage cross-functional coordination and communication to keep projects moving efficiently and delivered on time.
Identify operational gaps and implement process solutions that improve speed, consistency, and quality.
Anticipate risks, escalate blockers early, and ensure on-time delivery of all commitments.
Own recurring reporting tasks for marketing effectiveness, client KPIs, and operational performance.

Exceptional organization and project management skills.
Proven ability to build processes from scratch and optimize existing workflows.
Strong understanding of marketing execution and production timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills; comfort working with spreadsheets and large datasets.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, accurate work.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional team environments.

Strong client-facing communication skills.
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in project management or program operations.
Experience supporting marketing, communications, or client delivery teams.
Proficiency with data tools, project tracking software, and Excel/Sheets.
Preferred Experience
Marketing operations, program management, or PMO experience.
Familiarity with unions, government, or labor organizations.
Experience in healthcare, benefits administration, or regulated industries.
Experience working with multicultural or multi-language communities.
