Buscamos un/a Key Account Manager Food Service para el País Vasco para integrarse en una multinacional de referencia en la industria alimentaria.

En dependencia directa del Delegado Regional, tu misión será ayudar a distribuidores de productos de cocina con alto potencial a desarrollar su negocio, posicionando la gama de quesos y cocina en el canal profesional y generando valor en el punto de venta.


¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
Gestionar la cartera de distribuidores clave en tu zona (País Vasco) promoviendo nuestras soluciones de cocina y quesos.
Definir con tu responsable los objetivos de volumen, rentabilidad, captación y referenciación.

Visitar establecimientos del canal horeca y bakery, mostrando los beneficios del producto y apoyando a los equipos de venta de los distribuidores.

Formar a las salas de venta de los distribuidores, especialmente a los equipos especializados en cocina.
Detectar y captar nuevos distribuidores con potencial en los canales de hostelería, alimentación tradicional y panadería/pastelería.
Analizar información del punto de venta para identificar oportunidades de negocio.
Colaborar con otros equipos internos para generar sinergias comerciales.
Mantenerte actualizado sobre tendencias en el mundo del queso y productos frescos, y compartir ese conocimiento con la organización.


¿Qué buscamos en ti?
Formación mínima de Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio en cocina o alimentación, o experiencia equivalente.
Conocimientos técnicos sobre quesos, productos de frío y capacidad de interlocución con chefs.
Dominio de técnicas de venta consultiva, negociación, análisis de márgenes y presentaciones eficaces.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en ventas B2B de productos frescos envasados (idealmente quesos), en canal horeca o bakery.
Alta orientación al cliente y resultados, habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo y autonomía.
