About the Role
We have an urgent requirement for a Technical Architect / Lead to join a high-impact engagement in Quito, Ecuador. This is a hands-on technical role, not a people management position.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert in backend architecture and development, capable of driving technical strategy and delivering robust solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership:
Define and lead the architectural design and technical strategy for backend systems built on

AI Integration:
Develop and implement scalable solutions integrating OpenAI technologies to enhance system capabilities.

Data & Integration Expertise:
Oversee Smart Force integrations, Common Data Model (CDM) implementations, and sequence-driven architectures.
End-to-End Delivery: Create comprehensive technical solutions and lead full lifecycle development from design to deployment.

Technical Documentation:
Deliver detailed architectural designs and ensure alignment with performance, scalability, and business goals.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Lead Developer in complex backend environments.
Strong proficiency in and modern backend frameworks.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI API or similar AI/ML integrations.
Expertise in data modeling, system integrations, and sequence-driven architectures.
Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with customer teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Smart Force and CDM standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, secure solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
