Objetivo del Cargo Planificar, crear, gestionar y optimizar el contenido digital de la marca para fortalecer su presencia online, aumentar el engagement con la audiencia y apoyar los objetivos de marketing y negocio.
Responsabilidades Principales Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de contenidos alineada con los objetivos de la empresa. Crear, editar y supervisar contenido para diferentes canales digitales (web, blog, redes sociales, email marketing, etc.). Gestionar el calendario editorial y asegurar el cumplimiento de fechas y estándares de calidad. Coordinar con equipos de marketing, diseño, ventas y agencias externas. Optimizar contenidos bajo criterios SEO y análisis de palabras clave. Monitorear métricas de desempeño (tráfico, engagement, conversiones) y generar reportes. Mantener coherencia en el tono, estilo y lineamientos de marca. Investigar tendencias de contenido, formatos y comportamiento de audiencias. Gestionar y actualizar contenidos existentes para mejorar su rendimiento. Requisitos del Cargo Formación en Comunicación, Marketing, Periodismo, Publicidad o carreras afines. Experiencia previa como Content Manager, Content Strategist o roles similares. Excelente redacción y ortografía. Conocimientos de SEO, marketing digital y analítica web. Manejo de CMS (WordPress u otros). Capacidad de planificación, organización y trabajo en equipo. Habilidades y Competencias Creatividad y pensamiento estratégico. Orientación a resultados. Capacidad analítica. Proactividad y autonomía. Buen manejo del tiempo y priorización de tareas.-
