En el marco de la operación de una nueva línea de transporte público en Ecuador, nuestro cliente busca un(a) Responsable de Operaciones y Mantenimiento para liderar las operaciones técnicas y garantizar el rendimiento del sistema.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div> Responsabilidades<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div> En estrecha colaboración con la dirección local y los equipos multinacionales:
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
  • Supervisar las actividades diarias de operación (centro de control, regulación, coordinación de servicios)
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Gestionar y optimizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los trenes, instalaciones fijas y equipos (señalización, catenarias, ventilación, estaciones…)
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Implementar los procesos de calidad y seguridad según estándares internacionales
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Supervisar y capacitar a los equipos locales (técnicos, agentes de mantenimiento, supervisores)
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Participar en el análisis de incidentes, la puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos y en la mejora continua del sistema
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Contribuir a la transferencia de conocimientos y al desarrollo del talento local<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Título universitario o técnico superior en ingeniería eléctrica, mecánica, ferroviaria o similar
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experiencia comprobada (mínimo 8 años) en operación o mantenimiento de redes ferroviarias urbanas (metro, tranvía, tren suburbano…)
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Dominio de sistemas de señalización, supervisión (SCADA), GMAO y normas de seguridad ferroviaria
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experiencia en gestión de equipos en entornos multiculturales
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Idiomas: español fluido obligatorio, inglés técnico <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Cualidades requeridas: liderazgo de campo, rigor, capacidad para trabajar en contexto internacional, orientación al servicio público<\/span><\/span><\/span>
