The Position

El Patient Journey Partner (PJP) se encuentra en el centro de la evolución de Roche, promoviendo la asociación, innovación y disrupción generativa para mejorar los resultados en pacientes. Este rol, integrado local y funcionalmente agnóstico, no se alinea con estructuras tradicionales de Comercial/Ventas o Asuntos Médicos, carece de objetivos de ventas e incentivos de rentabilidad. El PJP colabora con stakeholders a lo largo del recorrido del paciente en áreas terapéuticas o enfermedades específicas para co-crear soluciones que generen impacto.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Representar un papel estratégico en la afiliada, con autonomía para tomar decisiones y movilizar recursos de Roche en favor del paciente.
  • Colaborar con stakeholders para transformar rápidamente los resultados en salud, eliminando barreras y desbloqueando oportunidades que beneficien a pacientes y a la sociedad.
  • Ser un punto de conexión confiable entre Roche y los stakeholders, compartiendo y priorizando las necesidades del ecosistema de salud, garantizando recursos y soluciones adecuadas.
  • Gestionar productos de Roche durante su ciclo de vida, asegurando su correcto uso a través de información transparente.
  • Adoptar una visión integral del recorrido del paciente, identificando oportunidades de colaboración entre stakeholders para fomentar un ecosistema más fuerte y orientado a resultados.
  • Promover experiencias positivas cada vez que los stakeholders interactúan con Roche, sus empleados, productos y servicios.
  • Incorporar conocimientos y recursos del entorno local y global en colaboración con otros PJP.

Cualificaciones:

  • Educación: Título universitario de 3er nivel en áreas relacionadas con ciencias de la salud. Deseable título de 4to nivel en Ciencias de la Salud y/o MBA.
  • Experiencia profesional: 2 años en posiciones similares en ciencias de la salud, farmacéuticas y/o oncología.
  • Conocimientos específicos: Inglés nivel B1 (intermedio). Dominio práctico de metodologías de innovación digital. Certificación CCXA (deseable).
