  • . Job Overview:

  • The Public Relations Consultant will serve as the face of CSE at industry events across the United States. This role focuses on representing the company at conferences, networking events, vendor meetups, and business expos to elevate brand awareness, build strong professional relationships, and support CSE's expansion within the U.S. market. This consultant acts as the bridge between event outreach and the sales process by initiating conversations, identifying opportunities, and coordinating follow-up activities with the sales team. This role is ideal for someone charismatic, confident, and naturally talented at connecting with people.

  • Responsibilities Event Representation
    • Attend technology-focused events, expos, conferences, and local business meetups on behalf of CSE.
    • Engage with attendees, vendors, and sponsoring companies to introduce CSE's services, brand identity, and capabilities.
    • Professionally represent CSE's Microsoft specializations and service offerings (Managed IT, Security Baseline, Cloud, Copilot, Compliance, etc.). Relationship Building
    • Build high-value relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
    • Identify prospects aligned with CSE's target market (service-based businesses with 15–60 employees).
    • Collect contact information, business cards, and key decision-maker details during events. Sales Coordination

    • Coordinate potential on-site visits or virtual demos as required.
    • Transfer all qualified leads to the sales team with clear notes and context.

• Strengthen CSE's visibility and reputation in new and existing U.S. markets.

  • •Share insights with the marketing and sales teams regarding event trends, competitor presence, and strategic opportunities.

  • Serve as a consistent and recognizable representative of the CSE brand at recurring industry events.

  • Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for events, travel, and federal-compliance contracts).

  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; personable, approachable, and confident speaker.
  • • Prior experience in public relations, field marketing, event networking, or business development is a strong plus.
  • • Comfortable discussing technology at a high level (CSE will provide training; no deep technical expertise required).
  • • Reliable, organized, and able to professionally represent the brand.
  • • Ability to travel regionally to assigned events (company reimburses travel when applicable).
  • • Ability to work flexible hours depending on event schedules.
