Misión:


Ejecutar las actividades designadas por el Jefe de Logística en apoyo al servicio de cirugías de la línea de Ortopedia, preparando, controlando, reponiendo y transportando instrumental quirúrgico donde este sea requerido según programación en CRM.Responsabilidades del CargoLlevar bitácora y control DataloggerNotificar a Especialista de Control de Calidad y Jefe Logístico novedades referentes a excursiones de temperatura y humedad durante la entrega de productoConducción y mantenimiento del vehículo asignado.

Entregar recibos y facturas relacionadas con los gastos inherentes a las actividades asignadas para el control y proceso en el departamento de contabilidadCumplir con todas las normas regulatorias indicados en el Reglamento de Uso del Vehículo de la compañía, así como en los Procedimientos relacionados con el servicio TécnicoCumplir procedimiento BPADT.Transportar, entregar, receptar y preparar los sets de instrumental, motores e implantes necesarios para la cirugía.

Receptar el instrumental y/o equipos después de realizadas las cirugías para evitar confusiones y/o faltantes.
Revisar la conformidad de los componentes de cada set quirúrgico y reportar novedades para su reposición o mantenimiento.
Apoyar el transporte de pedidosTransporte, entrega y recepción de instrumental a esterilizar en el caso de requerirlo.

Enviar y recibir paquetes de equipos, instrumental, repuestos, documentos, implantes y otros, a través de transporte certificadoRealizar tomas físicas del inventario de implantes en bodega Aesculap, conteo físico y emisión de los reportes correspondientes para el control mensual de los implantes consignados.

Coordinar los conteos de equipo quirurgico en cada provincia.

Coordinar anticipadamente con el asistente de bodega, la entrega del instrumental completo para las cirugías de acuerdo al horario programado para lo cual se deberá llenar el formulario de ruta respectivoCumplir el procedimiento interno detallados en los SOP de responsabilidad.

RequisitosPregrado o Tecnología en Logística, ingenierías o carreras administrativas afines.
Experiencia de 1 año en el área logística.

Deseable manejo de productos farmacéuticosConocimiento de buenas prácticas de almacenamiento, distribución y transporteConocimiento en Sistemas de inventarioBecome part of a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive exchanges between colleagues, customers and partners.
