Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our client's team full-time.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming long-form content into engaging shorts, reels, and mid-to-long-form videos that connect with audiences and enhance brand presence.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creative editing, storytelling, and crafting visually compelling narratives — without relying on automated tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesEdit and repurpose long-form content into various formats (shorts, reels, YouTube videos, etc.).
Produce and edit podcast episodes ensuring excellent audio and video quality.
Maintain brand consistency in tone, pacing, and visual style across all deliverables.
Work with raw footage from diverse sources — including screen recordings, solo shoots, multi-person setups, and multi-camera angles.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in video editing for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Proficiency in professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Ability to repurpose and reimagine existing content while preserving brand voice.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
