We're partnering with a U.S.-based company focused exclusively on marketing effectiveness measurement across multiple channels. They're an independent, fast-growing organization helping brands understand and optimize their marketing performance.

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our client's global team. In this role, you'll lead the extraction, analysis, and interpretation of complex sales and marketing data, transforming it into actionable insights that drive strategy and decision-making across marketing, product, and client service teams.

What You'll Do

  • Use SQL to run ETL on a sales database.
  • Run custom analysis and build a pipeline using Python.
  • Support the client service team with data requests and insights to deliver results on time.
  • Perform statistical analysis on marketing data to uncover key insights.
  • Develop advanced reports and data models to support decision-making.
  • Take ownership of projects and drive continuous process improvement.



What We're Looking For

  • +2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
  • +2 year hands-on experience with SQL (joins, filtering, aggregations).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Python (pandas, scripting).
  • Advanced English level (a must).



Nice to have:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, or similar).
  • Knowledge of statistics and marketing science
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and campaign analytics.
