About The Role
We're hiring 3 Data Entry Clerks to join the NetSuite implementation team at our US-based client's company, a fast-growing ERP implementation and accounting firm.
This role is critical to supporting 3 new clients launching in January 2026, with onboarding targeted for mid-December (Dec 12–18).You'll focus on manual data entry tasks within NetSuite, helping ensure smooth operational execution during the platform go-live phase.

Key Responsibilities
Enter data into NetSuite (e.g., creating work orders from SKUs)
Support reconciliations during implementation
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
Collaborate with internal team to support client go-live operations
Assist in operational cleanup tasks post-implementation
Growth Path
Phase 1 (Go-Live): Data entry and reconciliation
Phase 2:
Transition to NetSuite Admin or Bookkeeper
Phase 3:
Contribute to system automation and proprietary software improvements
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail
Proficient computer and data entry skills
High responsiveness and reliability
Microsoft Office proficiency (mostly Excel is needed)
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems such as Sage and Quickbooks
Basic accounting knowledge (AP/AR)
Experience working with U.S.-based companies
Compensation
$1,500–$3,000/month
Entry-level: $1,500/month
With NetSuite/accounting experience:
up to $3,000/month
