Japanese multinational company requires a person to work fulltime to support the business area.
"We are looking for someone who fulfills below requirements:
- Knowledge about import and export processes.
- Advanced
level of written and spoken English.
3. Ability to carry out research and statistical activities.
4. Ability to adapt to different cultures.
5. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, focused on data management. (Power BI desirable)
6. Ability to learn on the go.
7. Proactivity.
Responsibilities:
- Big data analysis and statistics reports on imports and exports.
- Manage physical and digital documents/files.
- Maintain communication with local and overseas counterparties.
- Monitor web and written media sources.
- Write a weekly news report about different topics.
- Assist on the research of potential new businesses.
Location:
Quito, Ecuador
Working hours:
08:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.
