We're looking for a HR & Team Development Associate , who is not the typical HR person who sticks to the same old methods. We want someone that's excited to reimagine what HR can be and bring a fresh, innovative approach to our people operations.In this role, you'll support both our internal HR operations and our HR services for clients. You'll be at the forefront of recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, and compliance, ensuring that both our company and client needs are met while maintaining a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for both internal hires and client-facing roles.
- Cultural Leadership: Collaborate on initiatives that build and sustain a thriving, collaborative culture across teams in Ecuador and the US.
- HR Administration: Oversee HR operations and systems, ensuring compliance with Ecuadorian and US labor laws while maintaining accurate employee records.
- Employee Experience: Ensure a smooth employee experience from hire to retire by streamlining processes that focus on engagement, development, and well-being.
- Employee Benefits: Manage employee benefits programs and assist with the execution of performance management processes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with HR trends, best practices, and compliance changes to help keep the company competitive and aligned with legal requirements.
- Internal Team Support: Work closely with leadership and employees to troubleshoot HR-related challenges, providing guidance and solutions.
- Fluent English communication is a MUST (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of hands-on HR experience
- Experience with Ecuadorian labor systems: IESS and SUT
- Knowledge of Ecuadorian and US labor laws.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently.
