Estamos en búsqueda de QA Automation,

Principales responsabilidades

Participar en los eventos de prácticas ágiles del equipo.
Contribuir en la definición de criterios de aceptación de historias de usuario o requerimientos.
Diseñar estrategias y planes de prueba en formato BDD, basados en historias de usuario.
Diseñar casos de prueba funcionales y no funcionales.
Ejecutar pruebas funcionales y no funcionales según la estrategia definida.
Implementar y mantener pruebas automatizadas en aplicaciones frontend y backend.
Gestionar defectos y documentar resultados de pruebas.
Levantar y gestionar riesgos de calidad.
Identificar flujos candidatos para automatización y ejecutarla en aplicaciones web, móviles y backend (servicios/APIs).
Diseñar e implementar métricas de calidad (bugs, cobertura, calidad de código).
Trabajar con repositorios de código fuente (Git, Azure DevOps).
Aplicar estándares internacionales de pruebas (ISTQB) en todo el ciclo de vida del software.
Mejorar continuamente la automatización y proponer nuevas funcionalidades basadas en resultados.
Gestionar estrategias de performance y análisis de resultados.
Monitorear OKRs y métricas de calidad a nivel transversal.
Liderar equipos de trabajo y fomentar buenas prácticas.

Requerimientos

Amplios conocimientos en gestión de pruebas bajo estándares internacionales (ISTQB FL/AT).
Dominio de herramientas de pruebas de rendimiento y frameworks de automatización.
Conocimientos en CI/CD, despliegue continuo y manejo de pipelines.
Experiencia en TDD y BDD.

Herramientas:
Jira (X-ray), Confluence, Azure (deseable).

Versionamiento:
Azure DevOps, Git.

Bases de datos:
SQL, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL.

Frameworks y herramientas:
Serenity BDD, ScreenPlay, Gherkin-Cucumber, Karate, K6, JMeter, Appium, Gradle, Maven, Robot Framework, Rational Performance Tester.

Habilidades blandas:

comunicación efectiva, liderazgo, resolución de problemas, trabajo en equipo, gestión del tiempo, adaptabilidad, pensamiento crítico y estratégico, orientación al aprendizaje continuo.
