Propósito Del Puesto


Liderar y aplicar la mejora continúa haciendo uso de las herramientas de ICMS para identificar causas raíz, responsable de resolver problemas crónicos, desarrollar nuevos estándares y mejorar la productividad al tiempo que se garantiza calidad y seguridad.

Responsabilidades Clave

Gestionar la eliminación de pérdidas de la OEE como: Pequeñas paradas, cambios de formato

Eliminar desperdicios (RPM Waste) y pérdidas según el proceso de priorización del UMS utilizando herramientas y metodologías de los pilares BPCD, FI, AM, PM, Q y PD.

Crear estándares técnicos de las soluciones implementadas para garantizar la estabilidad del proceso en la línea una vez eliminada la causa raíz
Ser el sponsor en la implementación y la ejecución del proceso de Células autónomas de trabajo (R2S) dando soporte en recopilación y análisis de datos, priorización de pérdidas, resolución de problemas, SMED, definición de actividades de AM y ajustes de la máquina (definición de líneas centrales o parámetros del proceso)

Capacitar al personal de la línea en estándares técnicos que les permitan restablecer las condiciones básicas y sostener la estabilidad del proceso.

Identificar y extender las buenas prácticas a otras líneas, principalmente las relacionadas con el pilar de FI

Participar activamente en los programas mandatorios de Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente en los que se involucre la empresa: ICMS, INOCUIDAD, BPM, HACCP, SHE FRAMEWORKS STANDARD, etc.


Responsabilidad Ambiental:

Responder por la aplicación de buenas prácticas que generen condiciones favorables para el medio ambiente en el desarrollo de sus funciones, garantizando el cumplimiento de requerimientos legales y corporativos ambientales.

EXPERIENCIAS y CALIFICACIONES

Mínimo 1 año de experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
Experiencia preferente en industrias alimenticias.
Conocimiento y participación en sistemas de gestión.
Experiencia demostrable liderando proyectos de mejora continua.
Uso de herramientas de mejora continua como TPM y/o WCM.
